How we operate

We’re a small team with a strong tech background and a broad reach – a mix of entrepreneurs, analysts, operators, and lawyers who’ve experienced both growth and failure. We love helping other founders build and grow new companies – and avoid the mistakes we’ve already made ourselves.

We put in our own money, our experience, and our hearts. And we expect the same. It’s not about quantity. It’s about quality, resilience, long-term thinking, and building lasting businesses.

Support for founders

Accounting and financial management, legal analysis and services, HR and hiring, office & back-office operations. Plus, strong in-house tech capabilities and deep know-how in marketing and PR. At Nomiverse, we’ve built the infrastructure so founders can focus on what matters most – building a successful business as quickly as possible, without unnecessary mistakes or reinventing the wheel. It’s still going to be a lot of work.

It has to click

We’re not a traditional financial investor – we’re part of the company. That’s why it has to “click” on a personal and values level. That matters more to us than the promise of a massive return. We’d rather do fewer projects and do them deeply than spread ourselves thin.

We invest our capital. We’re in it with the founders, through the ups and the downs. We choose freely where we go and where we don’t. We’re a small investor, and we like to co-invest with others.
