Today, I operate within the Nomiverse group as a shareholder and in the role of CEO, managing the company Nomivans, which I co-founded in 2024. My journey began back in 2021 as a Fleet Manager, from where I gradually worked my way through various roles to managing the entire company. From the first rented van in a start-up project with zero processes to a complex company with service (700+ clients per year), sales (dozens of vehicles per year), and a rental service with more than 50 motorhomes (800+ reservations per year).

Unlike some of my colleagues in Nomiverse, I do not have behind me international fundraising, exits from companies, I have not worked in a company valued at 100 million euros, nor have I experienced bankruptcies. However, I am a decade younger than they are (which I hope is evident from the photo), and most of these things are still ahead of me (except for the bankruptcies).

I love the freedom that traveling with motorhomes allows. My wife and I try to go on a road trip at least twice a year, where we draw new energy and inspiration. I have a passion for sports cars, saunas, and Bystřice pod Hostýnem. 

My strengths include building, motivating, and working with a team, creating processes and visions, adaptation, drive to succeed, and strong results orientation; I am data-driven with a love for Excel, and among my colleagues in Nomiverse, I have the best sense of humor.
