In Nomiverse, I have been active practically from the very beginning. Within the entire group, I am responsible for HR and operations – I believe that a well-functioning team is the foundation of the entire company. A good fit and the right "chemistry" between people are, in my opinion, the most important. I set up internal processes, choose new colleagues, and ensure that things work efficiently yet humanely.

Professionally, I have gone through various positions – I worked as a project manager in a corporation, in politics as the Head of the Governor's Office, and led the Czech Fintech Association. Each of these roles has been a valuable experience that has pushed me further. However, I have always been most drawn to startups. A startup, for me, is a combination of freedom and hard work – you have to put in the effort yourself; no one will do it for you. It requires your flexibility, resilience to stress, and willingness to face challenges.

I care about the people I have around me. I try to listen, support, create a quality environment, and an atmosphere where people feel good and can perform their best.

I am married and have two sons – athletes, so we try to spend our free time actively. When (sports) obligations allow, we enjoy traveling – by camper van, but also “on our own.” I live in Prague and graduated in crisis management.

My strengths: Communication and interpersonal relationships. Systematic approach and order – I like structure, organization, and clearly defined processes. Empathy and team spirit – I care about the quality of the team and ensuring that everything fits – both humanly and professionally.
